Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship to the contiguous United States: the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C. Each product ships either from our US warehouse (4–8 business days) or from our warehouse in China (8–12 business days), both including 1–3 business days of processing. The product page shows which applies. Every order is tracked.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.99. You always see the cost at checkout before you pay.
What if I need to return something?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace or refund it. You can also return unused items within 30 days if you change your mind. For hygiene reasons, a litter box that has been used with litter can't be returned. Details on our Returns page.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Our products ship from different warehouses, in the US and in China, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
