Who we are

Kraftpaw is operated by a registered French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: contact@kraftpaw.com.

What we collect

Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, items ordered.
Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Contact data: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
Marketing data: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and products viewed, items added to cart, referring source, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To fulfil your order: necessary to perform our contract with you.
To provide support: necessary to perform our contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
To send marketing emails: only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.
To show you relevant ads and measure their results: with your consent where the law requires it, and always subject to your right to opt out.
To understand how the site is used and prevent fraud: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the store.
To meet accounting and tax obligations: a legal requirement.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only with service providers and partners who need it to do their job:

Shopify: hosting, checkout and order management
Payment providers: payment processing and fraud prevention
Our fulfilment partners: receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order
Carriers: delivery and tracking
Email and analytics providers: where enabled
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising and conversion measurement, through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, which sends store events such as page views, add-to-cart and purchases to Meta
Google: advertising and conversion measurement
Pinterest: advertising and conversion measurement

International transfers

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by French accounting and tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for up to three years.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.

If you are in the EU and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France this is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Your US state privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels (Meta, Google, Pinterest), which some state laws treat as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, or by turning on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. To exercise your other rights, write to contact@kraftpaw.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
