Who we are
Kraftpaw is operated by a registered French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: contact@kraftpaw.com.
What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, items ordered.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact data: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
- Marketing data: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To fulfil your order — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To provide support — necessary to perform our contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To send marketing emails — only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and prevent fraud — our legitimate interest in operating and securing the store.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations — a legal requirement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who need it to do their job:
- Shopify — hosting, checkout and order management
- Payment providers — payment processing and fraud prevention
- Our fulfilment partner — receives your name and shipping address to deliver your order
- Carriers — delivery and tracking
- Analytics and email providers — where enabled
International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by French accounting and tax law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for up to three years.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.

If you are in the EU and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France this is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, write to contact@kraftpaw.com. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and — with your consent where required — cookies for analytics and advertising. You can manage your preferences through the banner on the site or through your browser settings.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
