Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States: the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C. We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Cost

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.99. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where it ships from

We work with two warehouses: one in the United States and one in China. Each item ships from our US warehouse when it is in stock there, and from our warehouse in China otherwise. Stock changes from day to day, so the same item can ship from either warehouse. Each product page shows the delivery estimate that applies to it.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped from our warehouse in China are sent duties paid. You will not be asked to pay customs fees or import duties on delivery.

How long it takes

From our US warehouse: 4–8 business days after you order, including 1–3 business days of processing.
From our warehouse in China: 8–12 business days after you order, including 1–3 business days of processing.

Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders with several items

Orders with several products may arrive in separate packages, shipped from different warehouses with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not mean your order is incomplete. You will receive a tracking email for each package.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received it within four business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to us.

If your order is late

If your order has not arrived 5 business days after the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will trace it. If it cannot be found, we will replace or refund it.
