Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Cost
Free on every order. No minimum, no thresholds, no surcharge at checkout.
How long it takes
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–7 business days in most cases.
Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Where it ships from
US orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. That's why delivery is measured in days, not weeks — and why there are no customs fees or import duties for you to pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you haven't received it within four business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to us.
If your order is late
Occasionally a parcel is delayed in transit. If yours hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll trace it. If it can't be found, we'll replace or refund it.
Wrong address
We can change a delivery address only before the order ships. Write to us as soon as possible — once it's dispatched, we can't redirect it.
