1. Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by Kraftpaw, a registered French sole proprietorship, 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: contact@kraftpaw.com. These terms govern every order placed on kraftpaw.com.

2. Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and is accepted by us when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free on all orders. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is accepted.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for details.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive, tell us and we will trace it, then replace or refund it.

6. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us something is wrong, and we will make it right. Full details are on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and dimensions are given with normal manufacturing tolerance. Corrugated cardboard is a consumable material by design and will wear with use — this is not a defect.

8. Intended use

Our products are accessories for domestic cats. They are not toys for children, not load-bearing furniture for people, and not veterinary or medical devices. Supervise first use and stop using any item that becomes damaged.

9. Intellectual property

The Kraftpaw name, site content, photographs and text belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for damage caused by misuse. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are resolved by email within a day. If we cannot agree, consumers resident in the European Union may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and French consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a registered consumer mediator.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the moment you place your order.
