1. Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by Kraftpaw, a registered French sole proprietorship, 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: contact@kraftpaw.com. These terms govern every order placed on kraftpaw.com.

2. Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and is accepted by us when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and shipping costs

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more; orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.99. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is accepted.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

We ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses. Items ship from our US warehouse when they are in stock there, otherwise from our warehouse in China. Orders shipped from the US usually arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed, and orders shipped from China within 8–12 business days, including 1–3 business days of processing before dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Orders with several products may arrive in separate packages. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive, tell us and we will trace it, then replace or refund it.

6. Returns and refunds

Damaged, defective or incorrect items can be reported within 30 days of delivery. Unused items can be returned for a change of mind within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping at your cost. For hygiene reasons, a litter box that has been used with litter cannot be returned for a change of mind. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and dimensions are given with normal manufacturing tolerance. Please check the listed dimensions against your space and your pet before ordering.

8. Intended use

Our products are accessories for household cats and dogs. They are not toys for children and not veterinary or medical devices. Follow the instructions supplied with each product, supervise your pet's first use, and stop using any item that becomes damaged.

9. Intellectual property

The Kraftpaw name, site content, photographs and text belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for damage caused by misuse. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your place of residence.
